HOUSE BILL NO. 148 by Representatives Miller and Tuck, entitled:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act establishing the office of military and veteran student                                                             
    assistance at the University of Alaska; relating to the duties of the                                                       
    Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs and establishing                                                               
    educational assistant positions in the Department of Military and                                                           
    Veterans' Affairs for the purpose of facilitating enrollment and                                                            
    retention of active duty military and their dependents and veterans                                                         
    in education benefits and in the University of Alaska."
